1. How do I use search?

Start with a city, ZIP code, or neighborhood. Then add your planning window, age range, indoor or outdoor preference, budget, and outing length.

2. Why are there only a few results?

That is intentional. TryDayOut narrows the decision to one best fit and two smart backups.

3. What can I use for free?

You can try 1 search before signing in. A free account gets 4 more searches and 1 complete full plan per month.

4. Where do my full plans go?

Free full plans are temporary and expire after 3 days. Pro recent plans stay for 14 days, and plans you keep in the library stay until you delete them.

5. Should I double-check the venue?

Yes. Hours, pricing, closures, tickets, and special events can change. Check the official venue or map listing before leaving.

6. How do I contact support?

Email [email protected]. Include the page URL, city or ZIP, venue name, and what looked wrong if you can.

7. Do I have to share my exact location?

No. You can type a city, ZIP, or neighborhood. Browser location is optional and only starts a nearby search.
